How to Refer
Send us your infusion referrals, and we will take care of the rest. As the referring physician, your staff will get regular status updates from the Healix Infusion Care team.
Healthcare providers can use our referral forms to submit a patient order. Completed order forms and supporting clinicals can be faxed to (833) 786-0025 or uploaded to our secured portal.
